Based on PAO (polyalphaolefins), ECOSYNT HEPR hydraulic oils are quickly biodegradable hydraulic oils that comply with OECD 301 B biodegradability standards. The zinc-free additives guarantee maximum lubrication reliability and excellent shear stability at both high and very low operating temperatures.

Field of application
ECOSYNT HEPR is suitable for all hydraulic systems such as construction machinery, snow groomers, forestry and agricultural machinery, etc.
Hydraulic oil can also be used in equipment where biodegradability is required, such as sewage treatment plants, municipal vehicles, hydro- and wind-power plants, water vehicles and submersibles, small devices and appliances.
Owing to its polyvalent temperature range, this hydraulic oil is also ideally suited to mountain railways.

Application
When changing from non-biodegradable hydraulic oils to rapidly biodegradable hydraulic fluids, the guidelines in accordance with DIN ISO 15380/A.1 and the manufacturer’s specifications must be observed.
ECOSYNT HEPR is ideally suited to extended maintenance intervals (long life). It can also be mixed with mineral oil-based hydraulic oils.
