ECOSYNT HFDU oils are flame-resistant, mineral-based and water-free industrial and hydraulic oils. The synthetic esters guarantee maximum lubrication reliability and do not form any toxic and/or unpleasant-smelling decomposition products either when burned. ECOSYNT HFDU oils are also highly biodegradable.
ECOSYNT HFDU is primarily used where there is an increased explosion and fire risk as a result of environmental conditions in the event of leaks (e.g. during tunnel construction, in the steel industry, hot rolling mills, etc.). To get maximum benefit from their high performance, ECOSYNT HFDU oils must be used in a temperature range up to 70°C. Peak temperatures up to 90°C for a short period of time.

Field of application

ECOSYNT HFDU are primarily used in machines or plants operating in hazardous conditions, i.e. where naked flames or high temperatures are present and the fire risk caused by the fluid leakage is high, most notably: steel mills, blast furnaces, continuous casting machine, coke plants an in tunnel construction. ECOSYNT HFDU are generally applicable in any hydraulic systems where environmental protection and biodegradability are priority

ECOSYNT HFDU are non-toxic biodegadable over 90% according to CEC-L-33-A93 and not includes in the CEC list of the hazardous products subjevt to labelling. ECOSYNT HFDU has also excelent biodegradation of > 60% according OECD 301B
